Dr Tim Hines is a 1983 graduate of new Life Bible College, founded by, Dr. Norvel Hayes. He has completed his Bachelors and Masters degree in Theology. He has also earned his Doctorates degree in Ministry, from New Life Bible College. For the last twenty five years, he has taught on a variety of subjects at New Life Bible College, and is considered a part of their staff.
Tim’s ministerial experience included starting two churches. Tim then spent ten years in apostolic and pastoral work in those churches. He currently travels full time, and has been doing so for the last fifteen years. He has been blessed to travel very extensively across our great country. He has also ministered in all five providences of Canada as well as in Europe and Japan.

Tim has attended Grace World Outreach Church for fifteen years. His Pastor’s name is David Garcia. Tim believes in being under authority. He is recognized and sent forth from his church. While he is on the road ministering he stays in very close contact with his pastor through the course of each month.
Tim and his Wife Jodi, a very capable minister in her own right, recently celebrated their twentieth wedding anniversary. They have two wonderful children, Moriah who is fourteen, and Nathan who is eleven. They help and work very hard in the ministry. Tim home schools his children so they they can travel together as a family.
Tim’s Message is simple, He preaches the Word of God. He prays as does his best to deliver a word that is on time for every church that he ministers in. He is not ashamed of the power of God. Tim prays boldly for the sick, and expects them to recover. He moves in agreement with the Holy Ghost and the nine gifts of the spirit. He loves the body of Christ and wants to see the church be all that the Father has ordained it to be.
