Born and raised in a little village in Greece, Angelo Mitropoulos came to America in 1971, looking for adventure and a new life. Little did he know that from the beginning, God had an extraordinary life planned for him in the United States.
           
Angelo’s miracle of salvation took place in 1976 in Amory, Mississippi, and shortly thereafter he moved to Cleveland, Tennessee and attended New Life Bible College founded by Dr. Norvel Hayes. Angelo trained believers in personal evangelism even during Bible school. Once he graduated, Angelo traveled throughout the United States with Dr. Hayes holding conventions while promoting and exercising witnessing on the streets.

In 1984, Angelo and his family moved to Oklahoma, where they founded Mitropoulos Ministries. For over twenty-six years Angelo Mitropoulos has traveled across America and to Europe and Africa training and equipping believers by ministering in churches, Bible schools, conventions, and tent revivals. Serving Rev. R. W. Schambach since 1989, Angelo has coordinated over a dozen summer tent revivals, holding healing workshops and taking believers out in the streets to minister to those who need it most. Angelo has also been a guest instructor at Rev. Schambach’s GOSPEL school of ministry in Texas which was founded in August 2004.

Seasoned Evangelist and Gifted Teacher, Angelo also has an Apostolic anointing which is demonstrated in his ability to lay a foundation for signs & wonders in the body of Christ. His ministry focuses on training believers to reach the lost and to demonstrate the power given to God’s people which brings salvation, healing, and deliverance to the hurting world.  Angelo believes that if signs, wonders, and miracles were necessary to confirm the ministry of Jesus when He was here on the earth, then we need the miraculous in our own lives and ministries now more than ever.  Mitropoulos Ministries School of Signs, Wonders and Miracles is designed to teach believers how to tap into the power of God to bring healing and deliverance to hurting people.
 
When Rev. Mitropoulos ministers the Word of God, it is with great passion and zeal for imparting spiritual gifts to the believers. His heart’s desire is to see believers do the same works Jesus did and to transform cities with God’s power.  A truly gifted preacher of the Word of God, Angelo is anointed to impart to believers the revelation that it is the will of God for everyone to walk in the supernatural with signs and wonders. The anointing on his ministry deeply stirs believers’ hearts, motivating them into action and bringing understanding of each person’s place in Christ. In this way, each believer is empowered to be more than a hearer of God’s Word, but a doer that makes a difference in eternity.
